What You Will Be Doing

  • Responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects per deadlines, within budget, and for oversight of quality control throughout
  • Responsible for all aspects of the planning, management, and execution of assigned projects from original concept through final implementation, and ensures adequate communication is maintained with all stakeholders and technology users. This includes:
    • Implementing project management processes and methodologies for an agile team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adheres to high quality standards, and meets customer expectations
    • Assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts daily, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews, and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately
    • Leading resource allocation discussions on the project-level with cross-capability team
    • Tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources as necessary
    • Coordinating communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed
    • Managing multiple cross-functional projects of high complexity simultaneously
    • Preparing complex statements of work, with quick turnaround time, and minimal revisions that include top-down and bottom-up budgets to ensure scopes accurately reflect required work effort
    • Arbitrating team conflicts and facilitates cross-capability solutions
    • Managing change request process, identifying and documenting changes in scope
    • Ensuring that appropriate client and internal stakeholder expectations are managed

Must Haves

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience, leading enterprise-level Application Development/SDLC Projects experience
  • Strong ability to oversee and manage large, complex, diverse, and strategic projects that impact the organization as a whole
  • Strong ability to implement project plans, progress monitoring, resource usage, and quality
  • Strong knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified
  • Well-versed in production needs
  • Considered an expert in interactive/digital and a strategic problem solver
  • Able to find creative alternative solutions to resource and time constraints
  • Willingness to proactively identify opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies


  • Experience with Content Management System (CMS) like Kentico, Sitecore, or Sitefinity
  • Experience working on projects with third party vendors and independent contractors
  • Proficient in project managing via a flexible, agile approach
  • Experience working at in an agency environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or related
  • PMP certification
