BlueModus is looking for an energetic Inside Sales Representative who is ready to jump on the phone and talk to marketers and technologists and pitch them on BlueModus, our technical consulting services and our ability to implement custom platforms. We have created phone scripts, custom emails, and pitch materials so you can focus on making calls to get our Account Managers and Director of Business Development in the door.

What You Will Be Doing:

You are responsible for handling business-to-business inbound sales calls and following up on other leads generated by our marketing efforts including contacting leads from our database of companies who already use .Net content management systems (CMS) to manage their websites. This includes:

  • Cold and warm calling (40–50 calls a day, plus email follow-up)

  • Recording of all activity in Salesforce.com

  • Maintaining a follow-up system and conduct follow-up calls to move the sale forward

  • Participating in weekly meetings with rest of the sales team and our President

  • Achieve and consistently exceeding weekly sales goals

What You Need:

  • Must have a passion for technology, sales and must be highly motivated to succeed

  • 2+ years of inside sales/outbound calling

  • Some college work or degree is preferred

  • Willingness and ability to spend 70% of the workday on the phone and 30% of the workday organizing leads

  • Enthusiastic and self-starting approach

  • Be a team player who thrives working with a smaller company where their activities directly affect the bottom line

  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone

  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Excellent ability to multi-task and manage personal productivity

  • Ability to interface and communicate with top-level marketers and technologists

  • Ability to work with other peoplewith a positive work attitude
