BlueModus donates $500 to the Food Bank of the Rockies

This month of Thanksgiving, when we think of gathering around the table with our loved ones, it's important to reflect on the fact that 1 in 7 Coloradans wonder where their next meal will come from. That's why, as part of its monthly Give Back program, BlueModus has donated $500 to The Food Bank of the Rockies, the largest private hunger-relief organization in the state.

Since 1978, the Food Bank of the Rockies (FBR) has been working hard to combat the issue of hunger through their many programs and partnerships. FBR partners with 500 hunger relief agencies and distributes 131,449 meals each day. Of all the people they serve throughout the region, 70% have wages at or below the federal poverty level and nearly 50% of the meals they distribute are to children.
Every dollar donated to the organization provides four more meals for hungry Coloradoans, and assists in the FBR goal to help all people thrive.
