Giving Back in Aid of Injured Veterans

Posted by BlueModus News on July 29, 2016

BlueModus, as part of its monthly campaign to give back to the community, has made a $500 donation to the Semper Fi Fund, a non-profit organization that supports veterans in need.

Since 2004, the Semper Fi Fund has been providing immediate financial assistance and lifetime support to post-9/11 wounded, critically ill and injured members of all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, as well as their families. Over the past 12 years, the organization has issued 117,000 grants, totaling more than $131 million in assistance to over 16,600 of American heroes and their families.
Gifts to the Semper Fi Fund allow the non-profit to work one-on-one with our nation’s service members, veterans, and their families to support their individual needs both now, and throughout their lifetime. They ensure that those in need of help have the resources necessary during their recovery and transition back to their communities.
