BlueModus Helps Medical Group Management Association Improve Its Website Health

BlueModus, a digital technology partner, announced the successful launch of a new website for Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), the leading association for managers in the complex and fast-changing medical practice management field. MGMA engaged BlueModus to help with a Kentico CMS 7.0 implementation that would resolve stability and support problems with its website at www.MGMA.com. This implementation included migrating more than 10,000 pieces of content and 200 online features from its website, e-commerce site and microsites. In addition, more than 500 products needed to be migrated into MGMA’s online store.
BlueModus followed its well-defined, predictable process for analyzing and sizing the project, in the end providing discovery, information architecture, governance guidance and implementation, search customization, template development, environment architecture and initial setup services.
“BlueModus had the in-depth knowledge in content structure, taxonomy, search and governance that we needed to get all the content in line with CMS best practices,” said Nate Kresse, former Senior Development Manager at MGMA. “The site launched as planned—and the final product was light years ahead of where we were prior to being on the Kentico platform.”
