Dave Conder to Speak at Kentico's Annual 404 Conference

BlueModus is excited to announce that CTO and co-founder Dave Conder has been selected as a speaker at the upcoming 404 Conference, presented by Kentico. Taking place at the Mirage in Las Vegas, Nevada, from November 2 to 4, the digital marketing and website development conference will uniquely focus on innovation and driving success from past mistakes and failures.
In Dave's presentation, entitled "Fixing the Failures of Too Much Success," he will provide a real-live example of what can happen when a website achieves too great of success, and what development teams should do about it. While wildly successful site growth may sound like a problem every marketing and development team dreams of, it can also result in a variety of unexpected new issues...even reaching the point where the infrastructure and process fail to support the original site build.
Dave will speak to how the BlueModus team was able to revamp its approach to CableMover, a site owned by the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM), after continued and rapid growth, persistent code iteration and near constant development resulted in a variety of unanticipated problems. Working together with the client, BlueModus revamped its approach, process, environment, and governance model. Spending significant time with the client onsite to engage in an honest dialogue, the team then forged and implemented a new roadmap in order to emerge successful once again.
Dave will be one of many prominent speakers to present at the 404 Conference, the one conference where presenters will be brave enough to show the mistakes that led to achievement, and how failure is the mother of innovation.
