BlueModus Headquarters Relocating to Expanded Denver Location

After five years located in the historic Denver City Cable Railway Building at the corner of 18th & Lawrence Street, BlueModus is excited to announce that it will soon be moving its Corporate Headquarters. But don't worry - we are not leaving Colorado or downtown Denver. We absolutely love it here!

The entire Denver team is currently busy packing everything up, so that we can relocate to another nearby historic building next week, 1641 California Street, where we will be taking over the entire fourth floor. We love the charm of these older buildings, with their exposed ceilings, brick and timber. The new location brings some exciting upgrades, including larger skylights, a balcony for the team to hang out on, plus the convenience of being just one block from Light Rail and steps from the iconic 16th Street Mall.

Access

Facing the front entrance of the building, there are two keypads:

  1. Using the silver keypad, press 002 to call BlueModus.
  2. A BlueModus colleague will answer and then buzz you in the door.
  3. Walk in straight ahead to the elevator.
  4. Take the elevator to the 4th floor.

Parking

There are several nearby parking lots that charge daily or hourly rates, including one directly next to our building. Additionally, there is metered street parking in the area. Typically, credit cards are accepted for all area parking.
