Séva cares deeply about its customers. The Sanskrit word Séva translates directly as “string”, implying that all things are connected. Séva believes that when they connect with each other and form a community, that one equals many. The Problem Séva was urgently looking for a new web-development partner to replace the existing vendor. The project was in jeopardy due to lost time and problems with the launch schedule. Since the site is mission critical, it was imperative to uncover the issues that were preventing the site from launching as quickly as possible, and to then set into motion a plan to enable the site to go live as quickly as possible.
