The Problem Séva was urgently looking for a new web-development partner to replace the existing vendor. The project was in jeopardy due to lost time and problems with the launch schedule. Since the site is mission critical, it was imperative to uncover the issues that were preventing the site from launching as quickly as possible, and to then set into motion a plan to enable the site to go live as quickly as possible.
